Jyotika expresses her love for Rajkummar Rao after completion of Sri
Jyotika, considered to be one of the most prolific performers in Tamil cinema, said working on the film has contributed immensely to her growth as an actor.

Little John, a 2001 movie starring Jyotika and directed by Singeetham Srinivasa Rao, was her last Hindi film. Tamil and English versions of the film were all released at the same time. Jyotika just finished production on Kaathal, her upcoming Malayalam film. In the movie, which will be helmed by Jeo Baby of The Great Indian Kitchen fame, Jyotika and Mammootty will work together for the first time. Her last appearance was in the Tamil film Udanpirappe, which her actor-spouse Suriya had produced.
The highly awaited drama Kaathal: The Core will mark Jyothika’s return to Malayalam cinema. With her comeback, she will be seen sharing the screen space with superstar Mammootty for the first time. While fans can’t wait to see the fresh pair on the big screen, Jyothika’s actor-husband Suriya gave a surprise visit on the sets of Kaathal: The Core.

He continued and added, “I was straight away in love with her and now to be able to do a movie and act alongside her and create some magic is a satisfying feeling and she is a great actress. So, I’m eagerly waiting to bring Kushi to the world.”
