Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that the court decision has dealt a blow to the expectations of justice.
According to the details, in a tweet, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, while reacting to the court decision, said that it has dealt a blow to the expectations of the legal community, the public, the media and the public.
The prime minister wrote that the requirement of the reputation of the judiciary and the quality of justice was that a full court should be formed, which would not only ensure justice but also be seen to be done.
In the tweet, Shahbaz Sharif said that the constitution has assigned the state powers to parliament, administration and judiciary, the constitution has bound all the institutions to work within the specified limits, no institution can interfere in the authority of another.
The Prime Minister said that he will not compromise on the supremacy of the Constitution and the Parliament.
It should be noted that yesterday the Supreme Court declared the ruling of the Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly null and void, after which Hamza Shahbaz ceased to be the Chief Minister and Chaudhry Pervez Elahi was declared the new Chief Minister of Punjab.
